PRIVILEGES OF HOLIDAY GARDENS HOMEOWNERS:
1. Free membership to Holiday Gardens Marina & Yacht Club (subject to the rules & regulations of the marina)
- Have to pay monthly maintenance fee or monthly dues (to be determined at a later date)
- May freeze payment of monthly maintenance fee or monthly dues if homeowner doesn’t want to have access or use facilities of Holiday Gardens Marina & Yacht Club
- Membership privileges is valid only for homeowner and immediate family members, specifically homeowner, spouse, children (18 years old and below, single)
- Homeowners may bring guests to the marina facilities, but guests of homeowners may not use facilities of marina if not accompanied by homeowner

2. Access to the facilities of Holiday Gardens Resort
- Free use of resort facilities but subject to rules and regulations of the resort
- Free access is limited to homeowner and immediate family only (as specified in No. 1),
- Homeowners’ guests will have to pay day tour package to be able to use resort facilities, on condition that guests must be accompanied by homeowner/s.
PRIVILEGES OF MEMBERS OF
1. Access to facilities of Holiday Gardens Marina & Yacht Club, subject to the rules and regulations of the marina
- Discount on rental of marina slips
- Free lifting and launching of member’s boat
2. Limited number of access to Holiday Gardens Resort facilities
3. Discounts for Holiday Gardens Resort room, restaurant and amenities charges
