  1. To sign, execute and deliver Reservation Agreement, Contract to Sell and/or Conditional Deed of Sale, and/or Deed of Sale, and any/all legal documents which may be necessary for said purpose and to receive and acknowledge any/all documents pertinent to the above-mentioned property;

 

  1. In general, to perform any and all acts proper and necessary in order to effectuate the foregoing.

 

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney full power and authority whatsoever requisite or necessary or proper to be done in or about the premises, as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could lawfully do if personally present, and hereby ratifying and conforming all that my said attorney shall do in my name and stead under by virtue of these presents.
