Important Note: All discounts are computed net of reservation fee.
Very Important Guidelines:
•1) Reservation Fee is non-refundable!
•2) First DP must be made on due date OR account may be forfeited. The system will automatically drop the account.
•3) Late Payment Charge (LPC) is a flat fee of 3% per month on due amount regardless of the number of days account is late.
•4) If there is a pending request with FLI for extension, restructuring, substitution of property or other revision, pending approval, payments should be made on due dates without need of notice or demand.
•5) Any revision to the original contract , i.e. restructuring, transfer of rights, etc. is subject to re-documentation fee of Php5,000.00. An upgrade or downgrade is subject to an additional fee of Php10,000.
•6) Buyer Requests for Waiving of LPCs, re-documentation fee, etc. will no longer be entertained. Please inform your buyers regarding these miscellaneous fees beforehand.
•7) Transfer of Rights up to the second-degree of consanguinity is free and is subject only to re-documentation fee of Php5,000. Otherwise, it is subject to a transfer fee of Php10,000.00 plus re-documentation fee of Php5,000.
•8) Buyers should submit Complete Buyer’s Requirements and every single page of all Contract Documents should be signed. Photocopies of title(s) included in the Contract Documents should be signed front & back.
