–Sworn Statement & Certification of Naturalization from Adopted Country
–Special Power of Attorney, if notarized abroad, then we need to have Authentication from Phil Consulate
–Affidavit of Waiver from foreign spouse
–Certificate of Employment or Employment Contract (for OFWs)
–Post-Dated Checks covering DP period or deferred cash period
