Update: As of November 2009, all amenities are in place, there are about 478 houses and 30+ ongoing construction for this month. All Lots were sold out from the developer, Alsons. There are only few lots that are sold online from individual owners already. Because of the great demand of buying and selling properties in this area, sometimes you will be the 5th generation owner already for a certain lot. Terrain is relatively flat, with an elevation of 60ft above sea level, compared to downtown San Pedro St with 32ft elevation. San Pedro St. is not a flooded area, much more Woodridge. Lot prices in Woodridge is now pegged at P9,000/sqm to P12,500, you will get lucky if owner pays for CGTax, most likely they get net of P8,500/sqm, rest of transfer taxes, CGT & DS will be paid by the buyers. About 2 years ago, we sold lots here at P4,500/sqm, very good increase of P4,500/sqm for just 2years. And still in demand.
